Returns and Exchanges

Our "no sweat" returns policy:

Don't stress! If your purchase is the wrong size or fit (or you've simply changed your mind...and let's face it... we all do!) Dink will happily offer customers an exchange or refund provided the product is returned to us as it was delivered to you ... i.e. the item has not been worn, is not damaged and is in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

 

So, here's what you do:

Flick us a note to enquiry@dinkdesign.com.au within 28 days of your purchase to let us know that you would like to return or exchange an item. If you would like to exchange an item please ensure you specify which alternative items/sizes you require and the delivery address (if different to the original delivery address). Once we receive your items we will process your refund within 72 hours and/or send you your exchanged item on the next available business day. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the original transaction. Too easy!
