Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges
Our "no sweat" returns policy:

Don't stress! If your purchase is the wrong size or fit (or you've simply changed your mind...and let's face it... we all do!) Dink will happily offer customers an exchange or refund provided the product is returned to us as it was delivered to you ... i.e. the item has not been worn, is not damaged and is in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

So, here's what you do:

Flick us a note to enquiry@dinkdesign.com.au within 28 days of your purchase to let us know that you would like to return or exchange an item. If you would like to exchange an item please ensure you specify which alternative items/sizes you require and the delivery address (if different to the original delivery address). Once we receive your return/exchange request we will send an Australia Post postage paid satchel to you which will include the return postage address. Post your returning item at any Australia Post box or outlet in Australia.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will process your refund within 72 hours and/or send you your exchanged item on the next available business day.
Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the original transaction.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiry@dinkdesign.com.au

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Dink Design PO Box 1369, Blackburn North, Victoria, AU 3130

While we are happy to cover the costs of your first return/exchange, any subsequent exchanges (and associated costs) will be the responsibility of the consumer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
